All it takes is your pinpointer, I used a Garrett ProPointer for this. Any pinpointer can be used. I got some simple folder tabs(common masking tape will work) , some clear tape, a black magic marker, and a tape measure for accuracy. First I cleaned off the pinpointer. Next I put the folder taps(they have a self adhesive on the back) from the top done to the bottom. I then measured the pinpointer and marked the inches with a dash. After getting them marked, I put each inch number by its dash. Once finished I taped over the folder tab with a long piece of clear tape, to protect the measuring “tape” from moister and dirt.
