Monday, I headed out to an mid 1800′s homesite. I’ve hunted this site before and have found alot of cool relics and several coins.. I grabbed the Garrett AT Gold and started detecting.
I only had about 30 mins to hunt today and sped off down 49th street toward Durant to do a little coin hunting with my new Garrett AT Pro.. About a mile from my house, I drove up on a car with the hazard lights on and 3 teenagers walking around kicking the leaves on the side of road. So I stopped and asked what they were looking for.
Last month, Garrett's lead man Steve Moore and Cameraman Brian McKenzie had been coming up mid week, to film video of us using the new AT Gold and AT Pro. We had an awesome hunt for the first video. Several buttons were found along with a cannon ball.
I was recently asked for help on trying to find good targets with the Garrett AT Pro. One in particular on not digging trashy targets vs coins or “good” targets.
Here is a video of basic things that can possibly help.
Garrett Detector front man, Steve Moore and Cameraman Brian McKenzie along with Bart Davis with www.bigboyshobbies.net and I got together this week to film a relic hunting video. Steve brought Garrett’s new ATGold and I eagerly used it to learn a new detector.
