Recently I have hunted heavily with the CTX, and have really been wanting to take out the Xp Deus. I went back to a spot that I had hunted part of for the last couple of month. Here is what I know abou the property and the home that sat there.
I hadn't hunting the back part because of the larger trash. and thought this would be a good spot for the Deus.
I hunted this spot last trip with the Deus and came back with quite a few wheat's, a few silvers and some relics. I really didn't follow a grid I was mostly just wanting detect.
First couple of targets were wheats.. Mostly from the 30's and 40's. Finally an older coin showed with this 1906 V-nickel.
I found a few more wheat's and I found this piece at about 8 inches.
It was getting later in the day and I needed to get back to the house. So I hunted the northern most part of the back next to where I had parked. The last signal of the day was this Semi-Key date 1914 D Buffalo Nickel. I was surprised to see that in good condition this one could bring up to $58. Not bad :)
